In the 78th Assault Division, we have level of importance for different ranked officials of the clan. The top 5 are listed below; you must respect these 5 at all times, and failure to do so will lead to consequences.
If your having trouble with one of them, or you think you have been dealt with in a wrongful way, contact the person higher than them in the chain, for example, if Coopinator was in a bad mood, and decided to immedietly decline a ban appeal request from a member, that member, instead of flaming about it in the forums, should contact Shadow (Higher up in the chain) about the issue.
