Lol I was playing a game and in the guide it says;

"Water - Despite being 100QL, water tends to result in the highest failure rate when improving items."

If you just NEED to have the technical side to that quote.. (Gladius...)
QL = Quality, 100 is the highest possible. You can improve the QL of items using other items.. The failure rate depends on the quality of the involved items.

this is all code for something that your not really telling us but you are hinting at it...hopefully you will explain...
