How to ask for an Appeal

We will not tolerate people coming onto our forum to flame and show their anger about how they got banned and we do not want to hear you cursing our admins because you were banned for "no reason".

We want an explanation of what happened, why you were banned, and who banned you. If you follow these simple guidelines, your chances of getting an appeal will be 200% more than what they will be if you show your anger.

Here is a preset of what you must give us to determine if you are eligible for a ban appeal.
